When do we stabilise the price?
Every period (initially set to 24 hours), we calculate the FLOAT TWAP (time-weighted average price, a measure of the price over a given period of time). If it differs from the Target Price, we do an expansion/contraction of the FLOAT supply as necessary.
Over the long term, the Protocol aims to gradually reduce the time of a period and eventually give the power to participants to perform expansions/contractions when deemed necessary or profitable.
